五下 Unit 4 Part A Let’s learn & Let’s play说课

  Today, I’ll say sth about Part A of Unit 4, PEP primary English Book 6.

  一、 Teaching contents:

  It includes 2 parts: Let’s learn and Let’s play.

  二、Teaching Aims:

  1.To enable the Ss to listen, speak, read and write the new phrases: cooking dinner/drawing pictures/doing the dishes/reading a book/answering the phone.

  2.To use the sentence “what are you doing? I’m….nimbly in real situation.”

  三、Key points and difficulties:

  1.To grasp the new phrases of this lesson.

  2.How to pronounce and spell the verb phrases .

  四、Teaching Aids:

  Recorder/ tape/ word cards/ basketball/ dishes/ cAI etc.

  五、Teaching design:

  I’ll finish this lesson in 5 steps.

  Step 1 warm up

  我首先让学生听指令做动作:cook the meals/sweep the floor/do the dishes/read books等动词词组,进一步复习有关家务的动词短语,接着sing a song “I can help”来创设轻松愉快的英语氛围,激发兴趣、以旧带新、为新课的学习作铺垫。

  Step2 Presentation

  著名语言学家克鲁姆认为:“成功的外语课堂教学应创设更多的情景,让学生有机会体验运用所学语言”,所以,在新知呈现环节,我首先出示 a basketball问学生:do you like playing basketball? Please look at me, what am I doing? You can ask me: what are you doing? 师板书,并采用排读、小组读、师大声读,生小声读的方式来操练句型。然后师再次拿起篮球边拍球边回答说:I’m playing basketball.并让两生到台前试着拍球,师板书I’m….并教读。通过让学生做这一正在进行的动作,初步让学生感知现在进行时的用法,即现在正在进行或发生的事情;并鼓励学生在老师做动作时用what are you doing?来问老师,初步熟悉其陈述句的表达法:I’m…. 然后师和学生make some free talk. Just like: what can you do at home? can you sweep the floor? oh, you can do many things at home, what can robot do at home? 通过让学生猜他们所喜欢的机器人在家里所做的事情,引出 do the dishes.并请一名同学上台默写该词组,然后师一边做洗盘子的动作一边说:Look, I’m doing the dishes now. 师在do 的后面加上-ing并教读。然后做一个传盘子的游戏,全体师生一起打节奏问: what are you doing? what are you doing? 师说stop时,拿到盘子的同学站起来边做洗盘子的动作边说I’m doing the dishes.

  这一环节通过Free talk,猜what can robot do at home?引出doing the dishes,并通过游戏集体操练重点句型what are you doing? I’m…突出重点,突破难点。

  接下来,师指刚才做动作的同学介绍说:just now, you were doing the dishes, what is robot doing now? Let’s ask him together.师生一起向大屏幕喊:Robot, what are you doing? 师点击课件,出现robot 正在做饭的场面,自然引出cooking dinner的教学,师板书,教读。两人边做动作边练习,并在汇报时师以卡通书作为奖励,让学生坐下来仔细的朗读,从而引出reading a book. 然后,师在黑板上画一幅图,并示范:I’m drawing pictures, 板书教读。接着让学生到台前来画,亲身体验现在正在进行的这一动作。最后,课件出示电话铃响的声音,师介绍说:wait a minute, let me answer the phone.师拿起听筒并做打电话的动作,引出answering the phone.师板书,并用侦察兵的游戏进行操练。

  在呈现新知的过程中,我充分利用实物、简笔画、表情、动作、多媒体等形象直观具体、生动、活泼的教学手段,丰富的教学情景帮助学生理解和掌握新知识,而且坚持“词不离句,句不离词”的原则,将单词放入句型中操练,达到技能提升,交际运用的目的。

  Step 3 Practice

  1. Listen to the tape, point and repeat.让学生模仿语音语调,纠正学生的错误发音。

  2. Look at the blackboard and read after me. (do—doing, doing the dishes)通过动词原形与现在分词的对比,使学生进一步理解现在分词的构成。

  3. 课件出示Let’s chant, 师生一起拍手打节奏说说做做,巩固复习Let’s learn 部分的短语和句子。

  4. magic eyes: 请一名学生从词卡中任挑一张,另一名学生背对这位同学,猜一猜自己正在干什么?其他同学用what are you doing?来问,猜的同学边做动作边用I’m…来回答。

  本环节从机械操练过渡到有意义的趣味操练,让学生循序渐进的掌握所学知识,同时也为后面的拓展打好语言基础。

  Step 4 Production

  学习语言的目的是运用语言。所以,本环节我以巩固为窗口,通过出示四幅情景图:weekend’s activity/ housework/picnic/homework让学生根据情景给动词后面加-ing并试着读出,贴词卡,小组讨论,记者采访做现场报道来拓展所学知识,将语言知识转化为语言技能,升华了教学过程。
