  一、注重基础,循序渐进

  要打好语言能力的基础。词汇是写作的基本建筑材料之一,有效的使用词汇,对于表达文章的思想内容和风格特点具有重要的作用。词汇量不足或掌握得不好,都会给写作带来困难。不仅要教足词汇量,还要讲清楚每个词的使用条件、用法及搭配关系,进行典型的同义词、近义词比较,点出构词法,然后通过例句说明,让学生模仿着造句。学生只有在掌握大量的词汇量的基础上,写作时才能得心应手地选择适合文章主体和风格的词、意义确切的词、表达清晰生动的词、形象具体而又符合英语惯用法的词。除此之外,语法规则与句型也是英语写作必备的重要建筑材料,更要加强训练。一篇成功的中考作文是由清晰的、合乎语法规则的句子组成的。所以,加强词汇教学,对句型与语法的训练是提高英语写作水平的重要保证!

  有了一定的基础之后,就可以写作了,学生的英语写作能力并非是一蹴而就的。教师在训练学生写作时必须由浅入深、由简到繁,循序渐进。在学生动笔时,要严格要求他们正确、端正、熟练地书写字母、单词和句子,注意大小写和标点符号。在学生行文时,要求写出简单的短句,这样轻易不会出错。例如写“我的家庭”:There are three members in my family: my father, my mother and I. My father is an engineer. My mother is a teacher. I am a student. My parents are busy all day. I often help them with the housework. They love me deeply. I love them, too. 继而要求学生写出含有一般过去时、一般将来时、现在或过去进行时、现在完成时、过去完成时等句子的文章,这种练习可以安排在第一轮复习中。之后,再逐步提高难度。如:学了 My classroom 一课后,可以指导学生写出Instructions your classroom 这篇作文;学习Let,s Celebrate!可以指导学生写中国的新年等。

  二、范例引路,限时训练

  在学生进行写作训练时,教师应提供各种文体的范文,讲明各种文体的要求,如日记、书信、便条、通知、调查报告等格式。 如日记:周末,你和妈妈逛商店,看到一位外国人想买一双鞋,他不懂汉语,售货员也不懂英语,你上前帮忙,为他们翻译,帮他买到了合适的鞋。这位外国人很高兴并向你致谢,妈妈表扬了你。
