A City to Remember
Last year,my parents took me to Beijing. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.
The following days, we went to the Palace Museum,the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing.
Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing.

Beijing is the capital of China.
There will be an Olympic Games in Beijing ,2008.
People in Beijing are very friendly and kindly .
And there're many intrests ,for example,the Great Wall ,Summer Palace ...

Last night ,I watched a film titled "Nanking,Nanking" directed by Luchuan.When I hurried to the hall,there were so many fans awaiting the opening of the new work that I had to pick a dim and shabby place to take my seat.The film did impress me though I couldn't wait to its end.A sense of humanity always swayed here and there deep in my heart, as I saw those brave and volunteer soldiers inconvincible under the pole of the enemy's gun.They died with glory and serenity.Particularly,I was moved by a short scene,that is,when facing death,the father(acted by Liuye)covered his son's face with his big hand without saying a word.He was so cool-headed and calm so as to comfort his son at this last minute.And the son was so happy not to see the cruel world with the protection of his father.So,I couldn't keep sheding my tears for the great and general love .
With the story on,the film became more and more horrible,shadowed by a kind of suffocated and dreadful atmosphere.In fact, I feel great sympathy for the Japanese soldier,who was forced to rape and killed a sea of innocent women.What's more,he even couldn't escape from the shadow of the war and trembled in front of his mistress on hearing the "making-love"message generated by the old woman.He repeated his remorse but noone could pardon him.Finally,he made love with her without sex and lust.
